We had a comfortable, nice room with a pretty lake view, and the staff were especially kind and helpful. Summer was the problem: the sun made the room very hot, around 30°C, with the radiator heat and heated floors on. Like most places in the area, there's no AC. We had to keep the doors and windows open, and luckily there were fans to help cool things down. I'd recommend staying here in winter.

We liked it enough to add another night. The location in playa bonita is just right between the llao llao peninsula and downtown, and the restaurant food was a surprise, some of the best meals we had in all Bariloche. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and we also enjoyed the jacuzzi. As English speakers, we appreciated that the front desk guy spoke great English and was so accommodating. The room felt a little hot, but they brought us a fan and that fixed it. For the price, this is the best value you can get.

The lake-view rooms are spacious and great, and the massage we booked was one of the best I've had. The spa room itself is quite old, though, and breakfast is basic. The location is okay, but not very convenient if you're walking. Also, watch out for the bottled water in the room: it costs extra, and it's expensive.

The rooms are large and tastefully done, and the spa and restaurant both meet expectations. I had a lovely couple of days here. For the price compared with the quality, this is one of the best hotels in Bariloche. Highly recommend it.

After two weeks in Argentina and stays at many hotels, this was the best one we found in the whole country. The rooms were AMAZING and the views incomparable. Facilities scored 20 out of 10, the food 20/10, and the staff 20 out of 10. Don't hesitate, just book here and enjoy your stay. Congrats to the Team at Águila Mora!
