The location is lovely, and everything is kept in good shape. Wi-Fi worked without any trouble. We were there during the wildfires, though, and fire engines were all over the area from the time we arrived. People need to understand that fires and barbecues aren't allowed there. If there's a fire emergency, cook indoors, full stop. If something goes wrong, no one will take responsibility, so please be responsible. Thanks for everything, Julia!

The children had room to play ball on the patio, and the views were beautiful. We were six people sharing one bathroom, which had worried me, but the hot water was good and we managed just fine. The beds were comfortable, the appliances all worked, and having a washing machine was a real bonus. We had a wonderful family stay and I was very happy with it all. It's a shame that some guests ignored the fire safety notices. Fires and grills were prohibited, and there were already plenty of ways to cook without using them. Thanks for a lovely experience, highly recommended.

The kids had a great time playing in the park, and the cabin was really comfortable. Service was excellent too. We couldn't use the grills because of the fire, but the kitchen was so well equipped that we changed our menu and it wasn't a problem. If we want to keep enjoying places like this and their lovely surroundings, we need to follow the rules, especially when it comes to fire.

We couldn't use the grills because of the fire risk across Bariloche, so on one rainy day we used the wood-burning stove instead. The apartment was a great fit for me, my partner, and our three children. It was in a great spot for relaxing, with good heating, strong shower pressure, a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds. We had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend it. I'll come back next year, hopefully in winter!
