The views were amazing, the service was great, and the location was lovely. Everything was incredible. I'd definitely recommend it!

Top-notch.

The sunrise over the lake from the living room was priceless. For the scenery alone, I'd give the resort 9 stars. We spent seven days there and would gladly return. The staff were always cheerful and helpful, the rooms were perfect for six people, and cleanliness was excellent. Their laundry service was consistently good, and when we realized we'd forgotten to request a crib, they got one for us very quickly. Parking was easy, there were outdoor places to sit with the family, and the playground saved our afternoons with my 4-year-old daughter. It seems that if you follow the hotel's rules, everything goes smoothly. Trying to demand things outside the agreement may cause problems. I recommend the place.

The service was very poor throughout our stay. Scheduled room service never came, not once, and they never changed the linens. They also ruined a friend's sweater in the laundry and took no responsibility, offering no apology, solution, or compensation. The manager was unprofessional and indifferent, completely unresponsive. Our complaints were ignored or brushed aside. They also charged us VAT on arrival even though we'd already paid for the accommodation through Airbnb, which felt opaque and made us distrust them. I don't recommend this place. The management and service were poor, and they took no responsibility for their mistakes. In the edit: we requested the barbecue area, but it wasn't there as listed in the inventory. The Wi-Fi doesn't reach, and you can't stream to the TV they have there.
