The beach is easy to get to, and I spent three nights here in summer. The rooms are pretty basic, which was fine, but breakfast was a letdown. There aren't many places to eat nearby, so a decent breakfast would matter. There was no hot food or especially fresh fruit, and the bananas looked old. Mostly it was cookies and bread.

I've stayed here a couple of times, and it's one of the nicest places to stay in Bariloche. The view is wonderful, and the staff are so helpful and kind. There's also a restaurant and a heated swimming pool.

I can't say what it's like these days, but I stayed here in the summer of '09 and had a great time. I've been to lots of places around the world, and my stay in this town is still one of my most memorable experiences.
