The cabins are cleaned daily, and the customer service was good, but some practical things could be better. The internet is a disaster, though apparently that's how it is throughout Bariloche. Reception hours could be longer, and one key per cabin isn't enough. Towels are supposed to be changed twice a week, yet sometimes only half the guests got fresh ones. The sheets were poorly put on, and sometimes the beds weren't made up. There are no ovens, and the cabins could use more power outlets, another mirror, a kitchen clock, and somewhere to hang hangers.

There's a supermarket right next door and a bus stop across the road, which makes the location handy. The cabins are cozy, nicely equipped, and lovely, with shared outdoor grills and tables and a well-kept garden. Good value for the money.

We're back for a second year because this is such a lovely place and the service is excellent. Bad weather and our excursions meant we had to shift our dates, and the cabin owners were happy to work with us. We're really grateful, and the cabins were spotless.

We loved the apartment and the service. It's a peaceful, comfortable place away from the center, but it has all the amenities you need if, like us, you get around on foot. A beautiful spot, highly recommended.

The fires in Epuyén and Los Alerces forced us to change our itinerary. The owner of these cabins was kind and flexible, and responded positively to the requests we made because of that.
