Hosteria Le Charme

What a beautiful chalet. I loved the cozy Swiss-style decor throughout, and it was super clean, with wonderful food and customer service. Gladys and Eduardo were the best hosts, and our kids loved them!

The staff made our stay easy, helping us figure out how to see the great sights nearby, and the location is excellent. Their attention and service feel genuinely warm and caring. It's a happy, welcoming hotel where you can relax and recharge any time of year, whether you're traveling alone, as a couple, with family, or with friends.

The receptionist welcomed us warmly and was very friendly, and breakfast was good. But the room wasn't what we expected, especially for a hotel presented as three stars. The comforter and bedsheets weren't clean. Shoe marks stayed on the bathroom floor for all three days, even though the room was cleaned daily, and the bidet shower was dirty and moldy. The bathroom's sliding door kept coming off and nearly fell on me. The room was so tiny there was barely space to walk around. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Liliana was the highlight of my six days at LeCharme. She was friendly, helpful, and ready to sort out whatever I needed to make the stay great. Pablo, the owner, was lovely too and came by to check that everything was okay. The place really lives up to its name, with everything you need for a longer stay and a comfortable feel. I highly recommend booking at LeCharme.
