The breakfast had terrific options, and the rooms were comfortable. Great location too.

The staff have been great, and the view from breakfast is stunning. The gentleman serving breakfast is especially kind, which really stands out in a town where most people have been patient and kind to me. Street-facing rooms are noisy enough that you need earplugs and a noise-cancelling headset. Don't sleep in one unless you have both.

The location is great, near the city centre, and the staff were pretty attentive. The beds were comfortable enough, though not great. The thin walls let through everything from next door and the hallway, so earplugs are needed. The decor, furniture, walls and finishes are completely dated, like a 1970s ski lodge that hasn't been renovated. I had to fiddle with the shower knobs to get steady hot water. Wi-Fi didn't reach every room or area, then stopped working altogether on my second afternoon. There also needs to be more table or counter space, since everything ends up on the floor or on the one tiny table. I wouldn't recommend it unless it was the only place this close to the city centre.

The restaurant had wonderful scenery, and the cheerful butler and heating were welcome in the cold Patagonian mountain resort. But our room faced a shaft and had no view at all. It was among the noisiest rooms I've ever slept in: the elevator was behind the wall, and its swinging door slammed. The room door had no threshold and wasn't sturdy enough to block noise. With the thin walls, sleeping was practically impossible even with earplugs. Given the terms we faced, I can't really recommend it.
