We went in summer and booked through a third party. The rooms were very well maintained, and the apartment's location is fantastic, only three blocks from the civic center and close to practically everything. It could use a little more kitchen equipment, though that would be an easy fix for a small fee. Highly recommended.

The boys had arrived at the hotel around 10:00 AM on Sunday, September 7, after being awake since 2:00 AM, but weren't given rooms or food until 3:00 PM. Travel said this was hotel policy and an order. Then, at 6:30 AM on September 15, they were woken up and made to leave their rooms, after getting back from the club at 5:30 AM. They had to sleep with their belongings in the hotel lobby, even though their trip to Buenos Aires wasn't until noon. At 9:00 AM that day, we didn't know this was happening. I wish I could upload the photo of all the boys sleeping on the floor.

Please be careful with your belongings. On the last day, they made the boys leave their bags and chocolates behind, and my son's bag with all his gifts was stolen. Neither Travel nor the hotel took responsibility. His chance to give us his present was ruined, and so was the last day. 👎🏻

This hotel is unprofessional. I wouldn't stay there even if it were free. Change the reservation number on the website, it doesn't belong to you anymore.
