Latitud Patagonia

We had a wonderful stay. The cabins are quiet, with good Wi-Fi coverage and parking, and the new tables with umbrellas make the barbecue area nice to use. Everything worked well, the wood details are lovely, and cleanliness was excellent. They also listened to our suggestions and responded quickly. Even with a large group, there was plenty of water pressure for showers. Thank you!

The gas leak in the kitchen was the most serious problem. It happened whenever we cooked, and although we reported it right away, nobody came to inspect it or help. We ended up shutting off the valve and stopping our cooking each day. On checkout, the woman apologized and said the complex had been bought months earlier and was being renovated. She also said she knew about leaks in appliances in other cabins, though those weren't being used, and claimed every cabin had its own carbon monoxide detector, as if that made things sufficient. We don't think that excuses renting a cabin in unsafe condition. We stayed in Cabin #3 "Latitud Patagonia," at Paseo de los Artesanos 615, from January 26th to 31st, 2025. Before booking, I asked Ms. Dafne Mertig about parking inside the complex, a linen change on the third day, and mattresses suitable for a group of adults. I was told the mattresses were adequate and the linens would be changed on the property. Instead, the parking was full when we arrived, so we had to leave the car outside. One bed had an extremely thin, uncomfortable mattress, and the only fix offered was to put another similar one on top. They didn't change the sheets or towels because we weren't staying the full week. With the agreement not honored and no response to a dangerous issue, I wouldn't recommend this place or stay here again.

Laura's service is a full 10 points, and the price is very reasonable. We came back for a second stay because we were comfortable here the first time. The apartments are lovely and well kept, with excellent bathrooms, full heating, and everything needed to unwind after a day of walking. There's plenty of kitchen equipment for cooking when restaurants or delivery aren't an option. Highly recommended!

We booked the apartment without seeing it first and were really taken with both the apartment and its surroundings. The facilities were new and everything was in good order. I'd definitely come back. Thanks for the experience!
