The apartment was spacious, clean enough, and well maintained, with a large, comfortable grill area. But this is meant to be a place to rest, and the road noise was constant. You could hear every car even with the windows shut. The mattresses and pillows were worn out and uncomfortable. In summer, when it was around 30* outside, they turned on the heating in the evening, and there was no way to adjust it. Opening a window wasn't really an option because of the noise. The TV didn't work either.

The rose garden is beautiful, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. There's a small kitchen with what you need to prepare breakfast. The facilities could use an upgrade.

The apartment is comfortable and pleasant, with a kitchen, refrigerator, and microwave. From the windows in the living room and bedroom, the view is good, at least in the upstairs units. It's cleaned daily and generally well maintained, though on a couple of days the living room floor hadn't been swept. The main bed is quite large, but I didn't find it especially comfortable. That's probably a matter of personal preference. Avenida Bustillo makes getting around easy: if you're driving, you're near the city center and the road to Cerro Catedral, and on foot there are buses along the avenue. The tradeoff is the constant traffic noise. The windows don't insulate well, so outside sounds carry in, though it wasn't enough to keep us from sleeping. Noise from the next apartment could be more disruptive depending on your neighbors, since it comes through very clearly, almost as if they were in the same room. It's a good place to stay, with a strong price-to-quality ratio, and I'd recommend it.
