The water pressure was good, and the app for controlling the hotel and room locks worked well. Beyond that, the place feels old and neglected, with worn furniture and carpet, plus stairs that rattle and make a lot of noise.

An okay stay, but it felt like a hostel with private rooms, not a boutique hotel, and the price was unfair. The photos are really misleading. They also failed to bring us towels two days in a row. The road is loud, with noise starting early in the morning. Breakfast was simple but okay.

The staff were lovely and friendly, though management didn't seem attentive. The photos are misleading, and the building is old. The bathroom was dirty and moldy, the stairs were loud, and breakfast was simple. There was no AC, fridge, or coffee or tea in the room.

The management is basically absent, and the stairs are loud. This is a private-bathroom hostel at best, not a hotel, and even the bathroom wasn't clean. It was moldy. Stay away.

We had an incredible trip to Bariloche. The service was friendly, breakfast was delicious, and there are several restaurants nearby. Recommended.
