The room was basic, fine for a night but not ideal for a longer stay. The bathroom could have been cleaner, and the showerhead sat quite low, though we're pretty tall. Its central location is handy for exploring the city, but it does get noisy at night, so light sleepers may want earplugs. The staff were incredibly friendly and gave excellent service. After cleaning our room, they found something we'd lost and messaged us so we could collect it later. That attention really stood out. Check-in was available 24/7, and being able to reach staff on WhatsApp made communication easy. Breakfast had plenty, though it leaned heavily toward sweet food. A convenient place for a short stay, with helpful staff.

It's good value for a hotel in the city center, but you get what you pay for. The rooms are tiny, water pressure is very low, and amenities are minimal. Breakfast is an extremely basic continental spread with no variety.

The hotel was clean and nice, and breakfast was good. But I had to pay 10,000 to replace a broken card. As a traveler, I'm used to hostels covering that when a card is lost or broken.
