Construction behind the building meant loud noise from very early each morning, and on a Thursday at 1 a.m. a neighbor was blasting music. Inside, it was dirty and badly kept: stained sheets, a badly misshapen mattress, a filthy refrigerator, and a bathroom that smelled, felt damp, and had no ventilation. There were no towels, and we only found out on the day we arrived. The electric kettle didn't work either. They also initially tried to charge us for parking even though it was meant to be free, but in the end they didn't charge us. (ELORDI STREET) Truly the worst place I've ever slept while traveling.

The place is really spacious, bright, and warm. Magos al Sur were incredibly welcoming, and came across as great people you can trust.

The owner was really friendly, and the apartment was clean with Direct TV, heating, and Wi-Fi. The neighborhood is quiet, close to the center and shops, and across from the Gendarmerie, so it feels very safe. I'd recommend it.

The place is nice and spacious, and the owner was very friendly. But the heating wasn't working properly, and cold air came through the windows. Our first night was so cold we slept in thermal underwear, with just one comforter each. In the morning, my son barely had hot water for his shower. I told the owner, who said it should be working, but it wasn't. We went out and came back that afternoon to a freezing apartment, so we rented somewhere else. We lost all the money we'd paid. You shouldn't have to deal with this on vacation. We were there for eight days during the last week of July.
