The staff were nice, and I can't really blame them for everything, but they need to take the lead on keeping the kids quiet. They screamed all night, and one kid puked all over the downstairs toilet. I had to wear earplugs, with the kids and the elevator beeping all night. The jacuzzi was cold, breakfast was sub par, and the hotel phone didn't work, just sat there for decoration. We asked them not to clean, but they did anyway, and left only one towel each time. The maid didn't sweep the floors. The room itself felt like the cheap price, despite how good the photos made it look: the sink was too small to set anything on, the heater could burn you if you were by the toilet, and the shower glass covered only half the tub. Was that to save money or something? The one star is for the nice staff. I guess that's what I should expect for $50. Rebuild your rooms too.

The nightly price was very fair, especially for a family hotel with quiet rooms. We stayed 4 nights and had what we needed for a good night's sleep: hot water and a safe. Breakfast was very basic. It's 1 Km from the center, an easy walk to the main shops and restaurants. I'd definitely recommend it.

We were out all day and usually came back late, so the hotel met our needs even though the rooms are a little small. Some rooms at the back just look out at the ceiling. We didn't use the pool. It's a simple place, but the staff, especially at reception, were excellent and helpful. They let us bring food into the breakfast area and kept our things in the fridge. There were soft drinks for sale downstairs and a coffee machine. Very happy with the value for money.
