I checked out four other hostels, and this one was easily my favorite in Bariloche. The staff are amazing, the beds are comfortable, and the location is great. Breakfast was a treat, especially the homemade bread with cereal and fruit. Highly recommend it!

The garden and barbecue were lovely extras, and the private rooms are really nice. We had some wonderful days here in this warm, youthful hostel, built entirely of wood and in a great location. Hopefully we’ll get to come back. Mathilde & Ivar

Room 12, our private room, was roomy, clean, and comfortable. The staff were outstanding, and the place has useful services like laundry, breakfast, bag storage, a garden, and good Wi-Fi. They also sell good homebrew. Thanks for a great stay.

We spent a week here and really enjoyed it. Sarah, Maite, and Sophie were so kind, welcoming, and great to deal with. The atmosphere is fun, with mellow music playing and lots of photos of past guests on the walls. There’s also a large, well-equipped kitchen for anyone who wants to cook.

Periko’s was a great place to meet other travelers heading into the region. We had a wonderful two-night stay, with welcoming staff and services that were all spot on. Breakfast was really good, especially the homemade bread, and the rooms were clean with comfortable beds.
