The apartment exceeded our expectations. The location was excellent, and Carolina was always ready to help. We didn't have a single problem, and her service was excellent. Thanks, Carolina!

The location is good, but the place was very dirty and smelled like it wasn't cleaned regularly. There were no basic cleaning or hygiene supplies like soap, and, unlike every other place we stayed, it had no salt, sugar, oil, shampoo, or conditioner. Those aren't things you'd buy for a short stay. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable, the bathroom was poorly lit, and the smell lingered in the room. The person who checked us in came across as very pretentious and only took cash, even though that policy wasn't clearly stated anywhere. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The apartment is right in central Bariloche and is very well equipped. The view is unforgettable. You do have to climb two flights of stairs, since the elevator doesn't reach the 8th floor, but I think it's worth it for that view.
