They left us without accommodation: it was me, my wife, and our two daughters. We booked two weeks ahead for Saturday, March 21st, but arrived in Bariloche in freezing rain to find the place had no gas and no air conditioning for heating or cooling. They expected us to warm it with two space heaters. The listing photos do not match Apartment 4. All contact was through WhatsApp, and nobody came to meet us in person. They offered a refund, but I still haven't received the money. They sent only a receipt, and nothing has appeared in my account. Terrible and unacceptable, I can't recommend it.

Back around 2016, I remember the cabin as lovely, with a king-size bed, a huge sofa that you could end up sleeping on, and spotless modular furniture. I guess it had different owners. Now when I see the photos, I don't feel like returning. It's a shame, since it used to be such a beautiful place.

I booked through Booking.com, but the staff contacted me and suggested canceling there and booking directly to avoid the Booking.com fee, supposedly for a better price. That turned out to be completely false, and I made the mistake of agreeing. The photos also don't show what you actually get, and the staff showed us no empathy at all. I absolutely don't recommend staying here.

The place is cozy and spacious, with a giant TV and a full kitchen. Recommended, and super close to everything. Nahuel Huapi brewery is just a block away.
