Tu Apart en Bariloche I

We had an excellent stay in this clean, new, well-equipped apartment. The neighborhood was peaceful but still easy to get around from.

Angela was very kind and ready to help with any need, and we're grateful for her attention. The apartment was quiet, spacious, and comfortable, with very comfortable beds. It was also close to shops for supplies and to the center of Bariloche.

The apartment is beautiful, and we had a great time. We went with an open mind, so the house's issues didn't bother us too much. The TV, shower, and refrigerator all worked great, and the kitchen was perfect. The cleaning was pretty poor, though, and the towels smelled awful. The washing machine is very old and weak. I think they'd improve the place a lot by getting the cleanliness up to a 10.

The only good things were that the internet worked and the water was hot. The apartment wasn't like the photos, and I didn't get the toiletries mentioned in the listing, not even toilet paper. The washing machine was broken, and there was only one set of towels and sheets per person for the whole stay. I used the same towel for seven days. The bed sagged down the middle and had an old mattress that was beyond repair. The parquet floor was crumbling in places and felt ready to give way underfoot, and even the decorative lamp was broken. It was filthy, with dirt everywhere and kitchen utensils coated in old grease. The sofa was grimy, its cushions had holes, and it wobbled so much it felt like it might fall apart when you sat down. You could feel the wooden slats against you, and we're not even over 60 kg (132 lbs). With two of us sitting on it, we had to be careful. Don't be fooled by the positive reviews. I don't know how long ago they were written, but I fell for them. I hope you don't pay what I did and have the same problems. The place clearly isn't maintained or cleaned.
