We stayed in apartment number 413 and had a spectacular view, with the lake only a few blocks away. Everything was beautiful and very clean, and the place had what we needed, including cooking equipment, a TV, a bathroom, and waterproof linens. We also got to use the pool. The woman there gave us directions and answered all our questions. We’ll definitely come back next time. Highly recommend it!

The staff were very attentive, and the apartment was clean and in an excellent location. We were given a second floor unit that was really comfortable for a couple’s short stay.

The noise was a real problem during our three days at the hotel. There’s an apartment of young people right across from EP04, and on practically every night we could hear shouting and loud conversations in the early hours. It really affected the peace of our stay. EP04 is on a very low floor, so there’s no river view from the room. The apartment also didn’t seem very well maintained, with wear on the walls, door, and other finishing details. It wasn’t a major issue for me personally, but I was traveling with my parents and wanted them to have a better experience, so I think it’s important to mention. I wouldn’t recommend this particular room.

The little kitchen worked well and had very nice dishes, and the apartment was spotless. Our room for three had a very comfortable double bed, though the single bed was just okay. We also had a lovely patio or balcony. We couldn’t use the washing machine because there was no clothesline; we asked for one, but it never arrived. The location is excellent, with an "Everything" supermarket three blocks away that has great prices and a full selection.
