Hotel del Parque

I was really disappointed. I stayed at the hotel for one night and left a charger plugged into the wall, where anyone could easily see it. When I contacted them about it, they took 4 days to say it wasn’t there, which seemed very strange. I got in touch with Jorge, the owner. At first he seemed concerned, but as the days went by, I felt like he was making fun of me. First I waited 15 days for him to get back from vacation. Then he said the charger was missing and that the most he was willing to do was give me a used charger he no longer needed. Later he said the housekeeper swore she hadn’t seen it. That seemed even worse to me, because if she didn’t see the charger, she hadn’t cleaned the room properly. I’d like people to keep in mind that it isn’t a safe place to leave anything, and the hygiene is questionable.

The fries were cold and soggy, and the chicken was disgusting and impossible to eat. We went to the hotel restaurant, Olivo, and ordered grilled chicken with fries, but the chicken came out boiled, white, and greasy, not grilled at all. This has happened before. Another time I ordered sorrentinos with tomato sauce, and they used crushed tomatoes that were practically raw. Don’t go.

I was sent here from the other hotel, and they did a great job. The breakfast was perfect, and we had parking, air conditioning, an excellent bed, and a beautiful, spacious, airy room with a huge bathroom.
