The staff tried their best, but the room was awful. There were no towels, the air conditioner was broken and barely useful, the blankets had holes all over, and every corner was dirty. We had one key for all the keys in the room. The windows were filthy, the TV and safe were in a strange spot, and the room doors wouldn't lock. On top of that, the elevator was broken and the emergency exit door was jammed.

The service was terrible, and they showed no willingness to fix the cleaning problems or the lack of a card reader. They also don't accept debit cards. In the reception notebook where they record guests' surnames and room numbers, they write negative comments about people staying there. I found that pathetic. The room and bathroom had cockroaches, the sheets weren't changed, the TV didn't work, the window wouldn't close, and the curtains were stained. The place was filthy, with stained, damp walls, unbearable noise, no towels provided, and the towel I got was dirty. The photos don't match reality. I stayed on October 26, 2022, and I'm not exaggerating when I say to find somewhere else. This hotel is awful.

I couldn't get anything sorted out when I arrived in the early hours, so I stayed. The rooms were filthy, things were broken and neglected, cockroaches were all over the bathroom, and the sheets and towels were stained. The photos are deceptive. This place should be shut down.

For the price, it was very good. I was there less than a day before a flight and didn't want to carry my luggage around, so a hostel made the most sense. The downside was my roommates. They'd shower and leave the bathroom flooded, or use the toilet without flushing. It's a shame people in this country can be so inconsiderate.
