The rooms were peaceful and quiet, with nice heating that made them feel like summer even in winter. They were clean and comfortable, and the receptionist was very friendly. Wi-Fi was fast too. I loved it!

The room was disgusting. Cockroaches crawled out of the sheets when I went in, and some of the bedding even had a Federal Police seal on it, apparently stolen. They charged 7,000 pesos too much on the card reader. After moving me to another room, the smell was so bad I had to sleep with the window open. The shouting was unbearable, and I wedged a chair against the door just in case. They charged me 49,000 pesos in all. For 20,000 pesos more, I could have stayed at a four-star hotel.

The hygiene and safety are appalling. This place is listed on the platforms, and I can't understand how they can offer it. I don't know what to say. It's a total disaster.

The staff seemed unwilling to help guests, and the neighborhood is run-down. Inside, the bedding was dirty and the rooms had furniture falling apart. Everything about this place is awful. I don't recommend it.
