This was our second stay at the Shoshana, and it has that feeling of coming home. The staff were especially kind and nurturing, and very flexible about our stay. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a kitchenette, and the decor is fun and interesting. Snacks and drinks are always available in the lobby, and the breakfast eggs are delicious. We'll always stay here when we're in Buenos Aires.

The hotel is a little way from the Centro, but that wasn't a problem for us. There are plenty of taxis and buses nearby, so getting around was easy and affordable. Our room was big, clean, and comfortable, and the cleaning staff kept it in great shape throughout our stay. Ezekiel and Agoustina were wonderful, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. They made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. Great value for the price, and we'd stay again.

The rooms were a bit worn, but that didn't have much effect on our stay. We had a really pleasant time, and the staff were friendly and helpful. On our last morning, my friend's girlfriend arrived and was allowed to use the room and get toiletries and towels without an extra charge.

The lobby felt inviting, and there was coffee, tea, and snacks available around the clock. Our room was large and had a kitchenette. Plaza Palermo and the neighborhood restaurants are an easy walk away. The staff at Shoshana Hotel Boutique were gracious and helpful. Highly recommend it.

We came from the United States with our three kids, and it was their first trip outside the U.S. The hotel was clean, comfortable, spacious, and welcoming, but the staff made the trip especially memorable. Everyone was warm and friendly, particularly Ezi, and they were so dedicated to making us feel at home. One of our kids is gluten intolerant. When we arrived, the staff had a big bag of handpicked snacks that were safe for her to eat, which she loved. Back home she said she missed being greeted by Ezi in the mornings, with his big smile and offer of eggs and orange juice. We can't recommend this little hotel enough for a trip to Buenos Aires.
