We booked several days ahead, but just days before our trip they canceled, saying the house had a “problem.” The listing was still active when we checked, only at a much higher price. Instead of honoring our booking, they offered another property for 30% to 40% more. That showed no professionalism or respect for guests. They’re not transparent or reliable, and I absolutely don’t recommend them.

Despicable. We booked through Booking.com three months ahead, and they canceled 15 days before our trip. Within minutes the place was available again on the same platform, this time for 40% more. Scammers!

Unacceptable. We booked well in advance, then they canceled without explanation two weeks before our trip. From what I can see, this is their usual practice: they put the reservation back up at a 50% higher price. They did the same thing to us as to other people who booked.

Terrible service. They’re speculators and scammers who cancel your reservation days before the stay, then treat you badly when you try to sort out the rental. A complete disaster.
