The location is good, and the rooms are spacious. They cleaned daily and provided an extra pillow. But this isn't really a hotel, despite how comparison sites list it. It's a basic serviced apartment, and the rooms feel soulless. The bathroom had a dirty shower curtain and a flickering neon light. There was no mattress protector, and the bed had just a single sheet. The building feels old throughout, except for the flooring. Noise was a problem from the air conditioning in our room and the neighbor's, the fridge, machines in the hallway, and equipment near the stairwell.

We found the kitchenette better suited to snacks or prepared food than cooking a meal. The apartment-style hotel was simple and clean, and the location in Recoleta made it easy to walk to restaurants, local sights, and the subway. The subway felt very safe. For a short Buenos Aires vacation, it was a perfect base.

NOT RECOMMENDED!!! We booked twice through expedia.ca, and they cancelled both reservations, saying we'd changed our plans. Then they listed the same room again at twice the price.

Even though it's close to all the Recoleta restaurants and attractions, the place was very quiet. The suites are roomy and have kitchen facilities. It's an excellent apartment-hotel in a very safe, walkable area.

Lovely people, clean rooms, and a fantastic location. The rooms are wonderful, too. Great for a large group. Love it!
