These apartments were really bad, and the photos shouldn't be trusted. The sheets were stained, and the imitation wood floor looked as if someone had hit it with a hammer. There were no carpets and the place smelled. We left after just 30 minutes, but still had to pay a US$200 fee. The rooms were worse than bad hostels and very overpriced. We moved to the OWN hotel two blocks away, where luckily they had rooms. Only stay here if a bad hostel is what you like. Bad place.

For an overnight or weekend in a central spot, this is a good stay for the price. Check-in was very easy, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. There's laundry on site, 24-hour security, and lots of restaurants and cafes on the block. The rooms are somewhat dated, and the ones facing the road are very noisy. I wouldn't want to stay longer, though others might be fine with it.

Our first stay was okay, though nothing special. The trouble came with the second booking: they apparently didn't treat our cancellation as a cancellation, and we lost 180 euros. The booking was refundable, and I have screenshots showing that. I'd avoid cancelling through Booking.com, and wouldn't use their own booking system if they ask you to. Booking.com seems much clearer and safer.

The room smelled bad and was generally unclean, with bugs in the bathroom. The TV was broken too. When we contacted the company, they said they couldn't do anything about either the TV or the room. Eventually they agreed to bring a replacement TV first thing in the morning, but after waiting two hours we gave up and lost our morning. There was no customer care. We checked out early and weren't offered any compensation. Avoid this “Hotel” at all costs.

We had no cleaning service during our stay, so we used the same towels for all 5 days. Reception also nearly scammed us by trying to charge in USD instead of pesos without checking the currency with us.
