We had a pleasant five-night stay and paid $261 USD. The apartment looked just like the promotional photos, and the neighborhood was really quiet with easy access to buses, subway, metro, scooters, and bikes. The cleanliness could have been better, though. There was construction next door; even if it wasn't the provider's responsibility, guests should have been told so they could plan for the noise while on vacation. They charged the full rate in dollars, by card or cash, but only in dollars.

At Godoy Cruz 2249, apartment 710, I waited until 4:30 PM to get in, although check-in was set for 2:00 PM. No one had mentioned that I needed to collect the key at another address, which added to the cost. They first gave me an hour to hand the key over, then said the apartment wasn't ready. The bed was awful, with a sunken middle and a blood stain on the mattress; the sheets were stained too. The amount charged on arrival didn't match the reservation's final price, and I'm still waiting for the invoice.

I went to check in on the agreed day after seeing photos of the place, but nobody opened the door or greeted me politely. They acted as if none of them knew the person who had rented it to me. I was scammed.

Really beautiful and comfortable. The location is especially handy if you're handling a visa application!

They cancelled my reservation because of the pandemic, then blocked me. They're scammers.
