The apartments themselves are very nice, but getting help or paying is a mess. There's nobody there in person, and the payment links they send for unfamiliar apps don't work. I ended up paying cash at another location 20 minutes away. They don't take Mercado Pago or bank transfers, have no debit card reader, and require a deposit nearly equal to the night's price. Paying cash means going into a dark little room on the 9th floor, which felt completely unsafe. Booking.com lists free parking, but there are no spaces. I had to leave my car in a garage and got no reimbursement. The nearest garage is about eight blocks away, so you have to carry your suitcases there. Getting the deposit back takes insistence, too. All this made for a terrible time when I just wanted to arrive and relax.

The apartment itself is very nice, but the service ruined the experience. They never mentioned that the key had to be collected more than 20 blocks away. For a business trip booked through my institution, I also spent two months trying to get an invoice sent to the person I paid. I never got it, despite Booking.com saying invoices would be issued, and I didn't receive a refund either. Completely irresponsible. This is worth reporting.

Getting into the apartment was easy, and the WhatsApp service was great. We had no problems at all. The neighborhood felt very safe, and the apartment was modern, spacious, and spotlessly clean. It pleasantly surprised us.

The facilities were incredible, and the resort felt very secure. The airport transfer drivers were so helpful, too. With an unbeatable location and excellent service, everything was spectacular. I'd definitely stay with them again.

The studio's Wi-Fi didn't work during the two days I stayed, and the way I was treated felt dehumanizing. The QR entry system failed, and after five hours they offered only one solution: I had to collect a physical key 3 km away in a city I didn't know. They couldn't bring it because they had no car, and neither did I, but I had to go anyway or I couldn't enter the building. They gave me no refund.
