I booked through Booking.com six months ahead, but when the time came they tried to charge me more. The day before arrival they cancelled, right on a high demand weekend, apparently because they could rent it for more money. Ms. María Livia was very unprofessional. Beware!

I followed the owner's instructions and paid the deposit on time after booking through Booking.com. Then, with only 48 hours to go before I arrived, they cancelled without telling me. It's disgraceful and completely unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend them if you want a peaceful trip.

The owner provided excellent service and the place was fully equipped and so comfortable. The location is excellent, and it's very safe, with security and attentive help whenever something is needed. I highly recommend it!

The service they provide reflects the way a person responds. Things fall into place. You don't even know who I am, but I was there last night. Pay attention to how you speak. It says a lot about you as a person.
