The bathroom was a plus: good water pressure and temperature, and it had a bathtub, so the whole room didn't end up flooded. The place is generally in good shape, with nice, clean, well-equipped space, and the photos are accurate. The area turned out to be much nicer than Google Street View suggested. It's interesting for food, has lively nightlife even on weekdays, and I felt safe in the building. It's under a kilometer from the main bus and subway lines. A few small drawbacks: the air conditioner remote had no batteries, so we kept swapping them with the TV remote; the refrigerator door was broken; and the sofa wasn't very comfortable. There was no complimentary coffee or sugar, just two tea bags for three of us. The host isn't required to provide those things, but they do add to the sense of hospitality.
