It was okay, but the internet was bad. The hot water went out several times, and we also lost electricity in the rooms.

The location is ideal, close to everything, and the place was very quiet. You can leave your car outside. But cleanliness and service need work, especially for the high price and the way the place is advertised. When we arrived, the room was dirty, and so was the kitchen: the oven was dirty, there was oil on the stove, and everything was very dusty. The bed had lice, and looked as if it had not been cleaned or had only been given a quick once-over. The beds themselves were very comfortable. There were also bathroom problems. Water leaked into the hallway when we showered, the shower flooded, and its screen covered only half the opening. A swollen sliding door wouldn’t open, and the drain kept clogging. I had to take it apart to shower. There’s no reception area, and when something goes wrong nobody answers the phones. One girl was very kind and friendly, but she’s just the building’s cleaning lady, and after that nobody took responsibility, including on Saturdays and Sundays. Some light bulbs were burnt out too. With a bit more maintenance, it might be better if you were only paying for the apartment itself and the utilities. That’s my opinion from the days I was there. Not recommended!

Outrageous. We paid for two nights and arrived at 3:30 PM, during their stated opening hours of 2 PM to 6 PM, but no one answered. We called several times and got voicemail, left messages, and tried email and Messenger too. Nothing worked. After waiting four hours, we had to find a hotel. Are these people serious? Is this really their job?

The photos give a misleading impression, with angles that make some parts look bigger and brighter than they are. It’s clear the place hasn’t been properly maintained, and it doesn’t match the advertising pictures. Even so, I’d still recommend it highly.
