The hosts were friendly and very attentive, and the facilities were in great condition and comfortable. It was affordable, in a spectacular, safe location close to places of interest. Everything was excellent. I'd definitely recommend it and will return whenever I travel to Buenos Aires.

The apartment is very well located, and we were well looked after the whole time. We weren't received at 9:00 AM, but letting us in before 2:00 PM wasn't a favor since we'd paid for the previous night. My comments about the apartment are meant as constructive criticism, with no ill intent, and readers can judge the attached photos for themselves. Maintenance and cleaning were poor. The air conditioner filters were very dirty, as if they hadn't been cleaned in years. The refrigerator freezer was packed with ice, there was mold in the bathtub, and the bathroom ceiling light was broken. These are small things that could make the apartment more appealing if fixed. I can reach 2.30 meters with my arm outstretched, so I didn't need furniture or a ladder to take the air conditioner photo.

The hostess was very polite and attentive to everything we needed. The apartment was bright, comfortable, and very clean, which matters a lot to me. It's in a great spot, close to sightseeing and public transport. I highly recommend it and will come back.

The service is excellent, and the apartments are safe, quiet, and very well located. They're nicely equipped with everything you need for a stay of a few days or weeks. Very nice place, at a very reasonable price. I'd recommend it as the best place to stay in Buenos Aires.
