Carles Hotel Buenos Aires

The Carles was the best hotel stay on our South American trip. My wife and I spent four nights there and can highly recommend this little boutique hotel. In Recoleta, it’s close enough to walk to major attractions, with plenty of great little cafes and restaurants that have an authentic feel. The room was fabulous, with a great bed, superb shower and bathroom, and blackout curtains that made for a perfect night’s sleep. Breakfast had a great buffet selection, plus omelettes made to order. Staff were professional and friendly, and check-in and checkout were seamless. I can’t think of a bad word to say about it.

We were in Buenos Aires for a cruise and stayed at Carles Hotel for three days before it and four days after. We were already looking forward to coming back because the first stay was so wonderful. Over the years we’ve traveled quite a bit and stayed in many hotels, and Carles is definitely among the best. The rooms are beautiful and clean, the location is excellent in a lovely part of the city, and breakfast was excellent every morning. But the amazing staff really made it feel special. At check-in they made us feel like family, and every time we came or went they greeted us with a warm smile. We feel fortunate to have found this gem. It deserves the highest rating and recommendation, and sets a standard for other hotels.

We had a mild booking issue, and the hotel took care of it proactively so our stay went smoothly. Their customer service really does exceed expectations, as so many reviews say. The rooms are spacious, with internet TV and comfortable beds. Water pressure was fantastic and the air conditioning was perfect. We loved the location in a very nice, elegant, quiet area, near a few lovely restaurants. They went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Can highly recommend.

The staff at Carles Hotel were friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Every interaction made the stay more pleasant. Our spacious room was beautiful and impeccably clean, with comfort and style together. The hotel is a wonderful choice in Buenos Aires, within walking distance of many main sights and very close to the metro. Great location, comfortable rooms, and excellent service. Highly recommended.
