The staff were the best part: so nice and helpful. The breakfast lady kindly filled our water bottles without us even asking, and the front desk answered all our questions, gave us a three-hour later checkout (!), and stored our luggage for two days while we travelled to Iguazu. The location is unbeatable, and I felt very safe. It was my first time in BA, and I was apprehensive about booking, but the rooms were very clean, even if a bit dated. The breakfast was excellent. I can't recommend this hotel enough!

The breakfast was delicious, and the location is excellent, right in the center with lots of places within easy walking distance. The entrance makes a lovely first impression and feels promising, but the room could use some renovation, especially the dated bathroom. One tip: put the “do not disturb” sign on the door. Otherwise, the cleaning staff may knock several times to ask about cleaning. That's usually good service, but it got a bit disturbing when I was trying to relax. Aside from that, it was a decent stay.

We’ve traveled much of the world and were really happy with this hotel. The Wi-Fi never let us down, the air conditioning worked VERY WELL, and breakfast was complimentary and very good. Staff were friendly, and with two elevators the wait was hardly anything. I’d happily recommend the place. I can’t say more about the hotel.
