Manuel is an amazing property manager. The building is just around the corner from A Fuego Fuerto restaurant, and Palermo Soho’s shopping and restaurant areas are only a short walk away. You’re right in the middle of everything.

I had a bad experience trying to communicate with Kevin. Avoid this place at all costs.

The price didn’t feel reasonable for what I got, and this was the worst place I stayed in Buenos Aires. I’m leaving this review so other people don’t go through the same thing. The room and facilities were a major letdown. There was no kitchen, and the windows did nothing to block sound. Every night I heard cars, people talking, and dogs barking, as if I were outside. I booked a double bed, but it was two single beds pushed together, and they kept coming apart while I slept. The listed gym had no equipment, the pool was empty, and the laundry room was bare. Getting in was frustrating too. I tried WhatsApp several times and called to ask about early check-in. The host appeared online but left my messages unread. When I finally got him on the phone, he seemed annoyed and just said “three.” He agreed to switch to WhatsApp, perhaps because English was difficult for him, then ignored me for three hours and wouldn’t answer calls. At check-in, he ignored me when I asked about the messages. I arrived after 3 p.m. but still had to wait outside because the room hadn’t been cleaned, and he didn’t apologize. I left with nothing but bad memories.

The mattresses and pillows were really good, and the place itself is nice and comfortable. But calling it an apartment is misleading. We came with friends and were lucky to have a pot and utensils; there was nothing else. We complained, but they didn’t bother bringing anything. One fork was caked with what looked like decades of grime, and when I went to clean it, there wasn’t even a sponge. The rooms need a bit more attention.
