Diana at the front desk really stood out. She was kind and naturally attentive, helped us with recommendations and questions, and checked that everything was going smoothly. You could tell she cared about our experience. The rooms were clean, thoughtfully designed, and easy to settle into, and the space was beautiful in a calm, understated way. It stayed peaceful the whole time, just what we wanted. Casa Joseph felt welcoming and well run, and we'd definitely come back.

We had a wonderful three night stay at Casa Joseph. The hotel is modern and clean, and the Palermo location is perfect. The front desk staff were very helpful, and even after we had checked out, they went above and beyond to assist us. We really appreciated their prompt communication and how they handled the matter. Big thanks to the staff!

What made this stay for us was Leandro, Nacho and Diana. When an Argentine strike threw our travel plans into chaos, they arranged taxis, called other hotels to look for a room, and quickly let us know when a cancellation meant we could add an unexpected night here. A couple of days later, they even checked that we had made it home safely. We loved them and the hotel. Our top-floor room was gorgeous, with a huge balcony, and the area felt safe and was easy to walk around. Don Julio, La Cabrera, Preferido and plenty of other great restaurants were nearby. Highly recommend.

We had such a great stay at Casa Joseph. The rooms are modern, beautiful and roomy, and the beds are comfortable. Everyone on staff was really nice and helped with all our questions. We'd happily come back.

The location is great, and the staff are friendly. We slept really well, the beds were the most comfortable we've had on our travels. The rooms are roomy, though a little tired, and there are no suitcase racks. There's no restaurant or bar, but plenty of places to eat and drink nearby.
