The staff were very friendly and helpful, but I couldn't stay because the room was dark and noisy, the shower barely trickled and had no hot water, and the wifi didn't work. The location also felt very dangerous. I had booked four nights and left after just one. Please don't rely on the old reviews.

The shopkeeper told me, "You are not safe here," and my Uber driver said, "Get out of there." The area felt unsafe, and the place was dirty. A man tried to yank the chain off my neck across the street from the hotel.

The breakfast is quite nice, and the rooms are very comfortable. Near Plaza Constitución, the hotel has both smoking and non-smoking rooms, with better city views from the smoking ones. My only complaint is that the WiFi is very slow.

The location was handy, close to public transportation, with plenty of different food options around. The hotel felt kind of sketchy, though, and the room was small with old beds. Still, you get what you pay for.
