I loved my stay in May. The staff were really friendly, and there are several metro and bus stations nearby.

The room was roomy enough, very clean, and good quality, with great service and a great location right in front of subway line D. A bigger fridge would help. I was there for medical reasons, so I can't say whether it was cheap or expensive compared with other places.

I stayed there twice with my family after Swiss Medical referred us. My baby was going through a very difficult health situation, and the service was TERRIBLE. The manager was rude and treated both staff and guests badly. She acted as if we'd been given the stay for free. The service was awful and truly substandard. I recommend NOT going there.

I stayed there twice in one month because the location is so good. One of the rooms was fine, the other not so much. Room service could improve, since they don't work on Saturdays or Sundays.
