I chose this place because the reviews were good and the price suited me. I needed to be near Tortuguitas, and getting around by Uber was no problem. The rooms were comfortable for three and very good overall. There’s an optional breakfast and dinner service, and the complex is simple, well kept, and has a seventies feel. The open-air hallways are well designed. In the apartment you get utensils and tableware for breakfast or lunch, plus a refrigerator. Hot water was excellent, housekeeping came daily, towels were changed, and reception is open 24 hours. It’s 10 meters from Constituentes Avenue at 3100. The area is quiet at night, with a pizzeria, burger places, and empanadas nearby; a grill is about 500 meters away. There are shops open during the day. The train to Garín runs behind the complex. Even with the apartments close together, it wasn’t too noisy. Very good value.

We followed the good reviews, but to us it felt more like a place to sleep, similar to a Brazilian roadside inn. There are lots of apartments in this very large complex, and it was crowded and noisy. The area gets very dark at night. Our apartment was in the middle, and while it was clean, many of the rooms felt old fashioned. We had to park far from our unit, and the mattresses and pillows were very hard. Everything else worked perfectly, so it’s fine for one night.

The food was excellent, the service superb, and everything was very clean. I’d definitely choose it again.

Customer service was outstanding, both on the phone and in person. The place has apartment-style rooms in three categories for longer stays. We stayed in the middle category and it was fine, but the standard room was disastrous, like a tenement. Cleanliness was excellent, everything sparkled. Half board included a delicious chicken Milanese dinner with salad, and both the room and food prices were reasonable.
