Design Suites Buenos Aires

My friend had all her belongings stolen from this hotel. She’s been at the police station for hours, and no one is doing anything about it. I’m really upset with how the hotel is handling this. The maid is acting like she has no idea what happened, and it feels like the hotel is involved. People work hard for their money, and this should never happen. Please don’t stay here. Your things could be stolen and everyone might act as if nothing happened. Thank you.

The location was good. The rooms were basic, and I had to ask for my towels to be replaced. Breakfast had some options, but the simple items were disappointing and poor quality.

It was disappointing after being very happy with the Design suites in Bariloche. This hotel is in a good, central location, but the rooms weren’t clean enough and they seemed to skimp on soap and shampoo. Breakfast might be good, but something was always missing, and the service felt very lazy.

The facilities were a great bonus: a buffet breakfast, a gym that nobody seemed to use, a large indoor pool, and a really nice spa with a sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, lounge, and spa robes. What made me extend my stay three or four times, though, was the service. Sofia and Leila at the front desk made me feel comfortable from the start, and all the staff were top notch. I’ve spent most of the last fifteen years living in hotels, so I was impressed and surprised by how much the front desk staff’s service made me feel at home. I’ll come back!
