I’d avoid dealing with these people. They offer apartments for rent, but when I asked for CUCICBA’s contact details, they said they weren’t a real estate agency. They said the tenant’s fee was “1,000 or 2,000 pesos,” apparently without realizing that. They handed me a reference card for ApartPosadas1323, which doesn’t exist. Searching Omar Antunez brings up listings on Zona Prop, Argenprop, Clarín, and other sites, but the address in those ads, Warnes 915, is a car stereo shop. The phone number displayed at the premises doesn’t work either. They’re scammers.

The listing started at USD 2700. After I asked about it, he changed it to USD 3000, then USD 3300. He waits for a question before changing the price, then talks down to you as if you know nothing about the market. His manner is dishonest, disrespectful, and deplorable. Just because the advertised item is in high demand among a very small part of Argentine society doesn’t give him the right to treat potential customers with contempt. His conduct is extremely unprofessional, and changing a listing price three times in three days shows terrible management. You study the market first and set a price after that. Those are basic ideas anyone can understand without university. He may be on top today, but tomorrow he could be VERY DOWN.
