The lobby style was the one thing I liked. The building is old and badly needs restoration, and some of the staff, including Alan, were helpful and nice. Still, this is basically a one-star hotel, and its ratings don't match the quality.

The staff were polite, professional, and friendly. Food and drinks were great, and breakfast had lots of choices, including gluten-free options.

The location was easily the best part, making it a great base for exploring all of Buenos Aires and meeting good people. The hotel is older, but the sauna was a nice addition and the rooms were well kept. The people were amazing, and the food was great.

The location is the only thing I liked. I stayed in three different rooms, and every one was terrible and very old, with sticky walls.

This one is hard to rate. The location is great, it's safe, and the people are nice. The front desk team, cleaning staff, and breakfast staff were all terrific, but the breakfast itself was awful, completely off. My room was old but okay, and the bathroom was very old yet clean. The shower was no good. I had to call a plumber and waste time arguing about water barely coming out, like a 100-year-old guy peeing. He thought it was fine until I showed him the weak flow from the lower tub outlet. He finally agreed the shower was no good and replaced a part. It took an hour to deal with him. Not such a bad place, but there were hassles galore.
