Esplendor by Wyndham Buenos Aires Tango

We had a comfortable and enjoyable three-night stay at Wyndham Tango Hotel in Buenos Aires, and would happily recommend it and come back on another visit. We enjoyed dinner at the hotel restaurant, where Josefina was courteous and attentive as our waitress. Breakfast was good and satisfying too. At reception, Ignacio and Iara were especially professional, warm, and always ready to help, which made everything smooth for us.

The location was just right, near the city center but quieter than staying by the Obelisk, with a grocery store a block away and plenty of cafes within a couple of blocks. Esplendor by Wyndham BA - Tango met and even exceeded what I’d hoped for, which was reassuring when travel can already bring some anxiety and the tourist experience depends so much on the place you book. Iara at the front desk was especially patient, generous, and kind while answering all my questions about the hotel, city cafés, libraries, and nearby landmarks. The room had just the right lighting, a comfortable bed, nice flooring, and a desk and office chair that worked for getting some work done. There was plenty of luggage space, so things didn’t clutter the bed area or entrance. The finishing details were nice too, including the crown molding tray ceiling and luxury design storage closet. Great job, Esplendor by Wyndham team!

The pool area really shows the hotel's age. It was quite dirty and missing a lot of tiles. There’s no complimentary water for guests, and the toilet woke me up with some wild noises on two days in a row. The room itself was quite clean, the location is pretty central, and the staff have been friendly so far.

Clean, functional rooms and very nice staff, plus a central Buenos Aires location. Breakfast was OK, though it could have more options, but that wasn’t a big issue. Good value for money and a great choice for first timers in BA.
