Fierro Hotel Buenos Aires

The area felt very safe, and we could walk to lots of places. Getting to a Bad Bunny concert was tricky because no Uber wanted to take us, but the hotel found us last-minute transportation. It was expensive, though we appreciated the help. Fierro hotel made a great impression on us. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the bathrooms were average in size, and breakfast ran until the afternoon. The staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating. They kept my wife's pumped milk frozen, and arranged flowers when I asked for Valentine's Day. Service was 10/10. We did find a cockroach in the bathroom on our first night. I don't think that was typical, since the hotel seemed very clean, and they moved us to another room right away without any trouble. We would definitely stay at Fierro hotel again in Buenos Aires.

They even gave me somewhere to freshen up and held my bags while I waited between an overnight bus and an overnight flight, after I got back to BA from another province. That kind of help made my first Buenos Aires visit easy and memorable. The staff were so warm, and before I arrived they offered to help with recommendations. When I couldn't get a dinner reservation at a restaurant I really wanted to try, they helped confirm it. I knew from CN Traveler that the hotel would be stylish, but the service went far beyond what I expected. The complimentary breakfast was amazing too. I wish I could give it 10 stars!

We were so comfortable with the people here that leaving was hard. The service really made the stay for us. At breakfast, Vicky was quick and kind, Tania greeted us each day with a lovely smile and made a great latte, and Anto was excellent too. Breakfast felt fresh every morning, and the whole team serving it made waking up a joy. One rainy day my jacket got soaked, and Mariano kindly lent me a scarf. He was incredibly patient when he explained the drink menu. Augustino was always smiling and gave us excellent service. Thank you, we enjoyed this hotel so much.

The suite was really spacious, and we especially liked having a wine fridge. We also loved the heated pool. The hotel is immaculately maintained, with incredible attention to detail. Its location is perfect, and the staff were among the friendliest and most helpful I've come across. Coffee at the restaurant was some of the best I've had, and breakfast was fresh and delicious. One of my favourite hotels in the world. I'd happily return and highly recommend it.
