Room 304 looked nice, but the lack of maintenance turned the stay into a disappointment. A clothes hanger came loose, so we had to hang our coats behind the bathroom door. Then a loose sink caused the bathroom to flood, and we were moved to another room. During the move, we left our coats behind the door. We checked the room several times, but forgot that spot and only remembered after we'd left. The coats were never returned. The cleaning lady didn't respond, and reception didn't take responsibility or even reply to messages. The barbecue was awful too, completely bland, and cost us $70. Dishonest employees are the worst thing a place can have. Very disappointing.

The terrace was a 10/10, and the price was reasonable. The location is unbeatable for Boca fans, with plenty of tourist attractions nearby as well. Our room exceeded expectations: clean, tidy, and modern. The staff we met were very attentive. Highly recommended, everything else was very good too.

We ate at the rooftop restaurant and liked the food, but neither of our first two choices was available, and the wait for it was ages. Service from both the young woman and young man was worse than bad. Even the cleaning lady was rude. Absolutely terrible.

We only stayed a day and night, and immediately wished we could have stayed a week or longer. Everything was lovely. The beds were super comfortable, the water pressure was fantastic, and the service was wonderful. Everyone was friendly. The restaurant portions were generous and delicious, with excellent prices. We honestly thought it was very inexpensive, and the waiters were so friendly and provided excellent service. We highly recommend everything!
