The staff were very helpful and seemed kind and willing to assist. In Argentina, staff often aren't very friendly or well trained, so this was a pleasant change. I'd give the hotel another star, but I'd just come from a nearby place where the hotel and facilities overall were better.

I was very pleased with my three-night stay in October. The room was clean and nice, the bed was very comfortable, and the WiFi worked great on the 8th floor. The location is excellent, a few blocks from the impressive Avenida Quintana. Follow that street to the famous Recoleta cemetery and La Biela. This stretch of Libertad has no buses, so it's much quieter than other streets in Buenos Aires.

The staff were professional and very nice, which is the only reason this gets one star instead of zero. The rooms are tiny, and the WiFi was unstable. At night there are no curtains that give you privacy, so neighbors can see you naked in your room. I don't see how they call it a 3-star hotel. It felt more like a lousy motel rented by the hour, and we felt very misled by the description.

The staff were no help, the A/C didn't work, and the bathroom door wouldn't shut or lock. The mattress was awful too. I've stayed in two-star hotels that were much better.

The room and bed were clean and comfortable, and the price was reasonable. It's a nice hotel in an excellent spot in Buenos Aires.
