The reception staff were really nice, and the breakfast was delicious. Aside from a few room problems, everything was lovely. The internet was very slow in my room, and no one answered when I called reception. The TV was broken, showing only a blue screen. There was no shower door, so water leaked everywhere, and the blankets and sheets had holes.

It's in a beautiful, very quiet neighborhood, and the hotel service is very good. The staff are friendly, and both breakfast and lunch service are very good. Excellent hotel, highly recommended.

The location is good, but the hotel is run down and the service is terrible. The showers don't work, nor do the systems, internet, TV, or anything else. The staff are all unpleasant. Breakfast service is awful too. You have to argue with them, and maybe by the last day they'll decide to treat you well. Reception service is very poor.
