The reception team were so kind, friendly, and attentive. Our room, 201, was lovely and spotless, and the hotel was clean throughout. The air conditioning worked perfectly too. My only complaint is that the TVs are old and don’t have remote controls, though the picture quality is very good. Thanks for the great service, we’ll be back! 🌷🦋✨🥰

For the price, the room and view were beautiful, and it felt luxurious apart from the strong musty smell. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and treated me wonderfully. I’ve never been treated so well at a hotel reception :)

I only stayed for one night, but I’d definitely recommend it. The room was lovely and clean, and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. I was travelling alone and felt comfortable and safe the whole time. The downsides were the old TV, which wouldn’t turn on, and the lack of a kitchen. You can only have breakfast there. For other meals, you’ll need to go to restaurants or order food and eat it in the lobby.
