Because there weren't enough passengers, they made an arrangement with the GCABA (Government of the City of Buenos Aires) and put homeless people in the hotel. It makes going there alone or with family impossible.

The staff are very friendly and the price is reasonable. But the hotel is badly run-down. We've stayed several times and there's always a problem. Most recently there were no towels or linens, the entrance to the room had no light, there was mold on the wall, and there was a lot of dirt. The quality is poor because the place is unhygienic and sloppy, not just because it's basic. I wouldn't recommend it at all.

Nothing about our weekend stay went well. The rooms were dirty, there were no towels, and breakfast was deplorable. A J2 cell phone and a computer flash drive were stolen inside the hotel, but nobody took responsibility. It was a disaster, and we got the impression the employees were all complicit in what was going on. Such a disappointment.
