Disgraceful, a total rip-off. We were there on a rainy day, and the rain soaked through into the room. The sheets were dirty and torn, and there weren’t even any towels. The bathroom was worst of all: no toilet paper, a broken seat, and completely unhygienic. Disgusting.

The place was disgusting, and it wasn't even cheap for the condition. The sheets were dirty, the Wi-Fi didn't work, the doors were broken, and the bathroom was in terrible shape. Nobody came to take out the trash. The women managing the place were awful, to put it mildly. I later found an excellent rental in an even better area for the same price.

For 10,000, you can find somewhere much better. The rooms were disgusting, from the sheets to the bed and everything else, yet they have no shame charging that much. I absolutely do not recommend it. They should put some of that money into renovating the hotel, because what they charge is outrageous.

The one good thing was that the staff were very helpful. Everything else was awful. I paid 9,000 pesos, but the sheets had dandruff, the pillowcases were full of hair, the towels were rags, and the room was never cleaned. It was cold, the Wi-Fi never worked, and the TV wouldn't turn on. After just one day they tried to charge us 10,000 pesos. My partner said it wasn't worth staying and wanted to leave, so they let us pay 9,000. Don't stay here!
